Foresteria del Golf Club Villa D'Este Como (Province)

Unfortunately, the rooms are very dark and the lighting that would remedy this is also insufficient. You cannot read in bed because the bedside lamp does not provide enough light. The bathroom was renovated and modern and very good. The cleaning of the room was excellent. The terrace with the view of the park is very nice. Breakfast and dinner in the clubhouse were good but not outstanding.

We only stayed one night and didn't get to sample the restaurant, which was fully booked that evening. The rooms, in the form of small villas set close together, overlook the golf course. They are quite dark because of the vegetation. The bedding is excellent, but the bathroom is a little dated. The only complaint is that WiFi doesn't work in the rooms, which are too far from the clubhouse.

Third stay at Foresteria Villa d'Este with new friends who, like all the others, enjoyed the rooms and their terraces. Very warm welcome, good breakfasts and excellent dinners. On the negative side: one day without hot water and one of the breakfasts well below the others, with no bread or pastries, no ham or eggs and no Earl Grey tea. The others had it all and we really enjoyed them.
