Italian Pizza Cooking Course with Chef Francesco in Padua: In this essential pizza course you will not only learn how to make pizza, but also discover many other secrets of pizza with our chef. Once you wash your hands and wear a clean apron, the class begins with a little theory. Soon after, you will mix flour, water, yeast and knead the dough for 15 minutes. Later you will form small pasta balls, stretch the dough, top with tomatoes and mozzarella and bake the pizza. Don't worry about the end result, because our pizza master Francesco will bring out the Italian pizzaiolo that's in you. When the pizza is ready, sit down at the table to eat your homemade pizza and have a good glass of wine or beer.
